Welcome to the flavorful world of Chef Britt, or some of you may know me as, Chef B Sings. My culinary journey began in the heart of my childhood and evolved into a deep-seated passion that led me to Johnson & Wales University. With over 18 years in the culinary field and as a proud mom of three boys, cooking for me is not just a profession but an ongoing exploration molded in a what I like to call my  “Therapeutic Melody of Peace.”

As a Culinary Professor, my pleasure lies in imparting knowledge and skills to those who share a love for the culinary arts. My teaching philosophy is about creating memorable experiences that go beyond the ordinary, focusing on the joy of learning.

Sprouts & Spice Agricultural Academy is a testament to my belief in the symbiotic relationship between sustainable agriculture, nutrition, and culinary excellence. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to the community, emphasizing the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients to cultivate a vibrant food ecosystem. Our goal is to empower the youth and contribute to the well-being of our community.

Soul House & Gardens, an extension of this philosophy, specializes in intimate gatherings, creating culinary experiences that transcend ordinary meals. In this venture, I seamlessly blend my culinary expertise with my passion for singing, offering a unique blend of flavors and melodies. From intimate corporate events with a cozy cocoa bar to beautifully curated brunches, every occasion becomes an opportunity to instill joy and connection through food and music.
